This is a five storey building survey in the heart of Soho. The ground floor houses a shop, whereas the other floors include eight apartments, two on each floor. The survey has been done carefully as there were no previous plans to support this building. BKR approached us due to our experience in dealing with properties that have no usable prior plans to work from when creating new plans and elevations for old properties around London.
